NOVICE

3 dives from 2 groups: for non-competitive divers. Front and Back Jumps may be used in any position

13 YEARS & UNDER

2 dives @ 3.6 Plus 2 dives without limit

14 to 18 YEARS

3 dives @ 5.4 Plus 3 dives without limit

OPEN

Mens: 6 dives from 5 groups

Womens: 5 dives from 5 groups

Open Synchronised Springboard

4 dives from at least 2 groups

Either 1m and/or 3m or combination

Teams can be made up of girls, boys or mixed

One event only

Open Platform

Women and Men: 5m Platform 3 dives

Note:

Divers may choose to dive 1Metre and/or 3Metre Springboard

No repeat dives will be allowed.

Medals will be awarded to first three placegetters in both Male and Female events at the annual club presentation day.
