A Come 'n' Try diving session will be held a Lambton Pool on Sunday 12 October 2026 for new and existing divers to come and try the sport of diving. This will be a free session (excludes pool entry).

Ever wanted to learn to jump, flip and twist from a diving board? Come and try it for fun!

Suitable for new and experienced divers . Attendees must be confident independent swimmer in deep water.

Common Questions:

What do I wear to diving?

Girls wear a tight one-piece swimsuit. No bikinis permitted.

Boys wear either Speedo or Speedo shorts. Board shorts are permitted.

What do I bring each lesson?

You need to bring your swimmers, a towel (several towels on cooler days), chamois and a drink bottle. Gym wear are recommended for dryland sessions.
